These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the website you accept them. If you buy a vehicle from us, the paperwork you sign at the time of sale will set out the terms of that sale.
We take care to make sure the details, photos and prices of our vehicles are accurate, but mistakes can happen. Please check any details that are important to you with us before you buy.
Prices are shown plus VAT unless stated otherwise.
All vehicles are subject to availability and may be sold at any time. A vehicle being shown on this website is not an offer to sell it, and no contract is formed until a sale is agreed with us.
Mileages, specifications and service history are given in good faith based on the information available to us.
All viewings are by appointment only. Please call 07716 200265 to arrange a time.
We offer free delivery to addresses on the UK mainland. Delivery arrangements will be agreed with you when you buy.
Haddleys Vans is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, under FCA number 943684. We act as a credit broker not a lender. We work with several carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates.
All finance is subject to status and income. Terms and conditions apply. Applicants must be 18 or over. Any finance agreement is between you and the lender, on the lender's own terms.
Online valuations are a guide only. Any offer we make for your vehicle depends on us seeing it and checking its condition, history and documents, and may change if the vehicle is not as described.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you buy as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where a sale is made at a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Business buyers have rights under the law that applies to business sales.
You may use this website for your own personal or business use. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
The content, design and photos on this website belong to us or are used with permission.
